Both the York Standard and York Elite feature lightweight bodies shaped for comfort. The Standard uses resonant Obeche body wood, known for its balanced and lively sound. The Elite gives you more tonal options with premium Alder, Swamp Ash, or Mahogany body woods, letting you shape your core tone from bright and airy to warm and full.

Experience a smooth playing feel with the Standard C profile Maple neck and easy-to-play Jescar frets. Both models offer Maple or Indian Rosewood fingerboards, with the Elite also featuring a slick Ebony option. Upgrade to a Roasted Flamed Maple neck for a more stable feel and great looks on both models.

The voice of the York comes from its pickups. The York Standard is loaded with PJD's own hand-wound 'High Tea' single coils.
