By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. In order to purchase through our website, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. If under 16 you must have the card holders permission to purchase. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
How to Place an Order
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy, choosing your desired specification and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased, as the products are made to order. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. Only voucher codes obtained from PJD Guitars will be honoured. All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax, (VAT), at the current rate. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

PAYPAL uses a secure payment gateway to ensure your transactions are safe and secure over the internet. You can pay using your PAYPAL account or by direct card payment through PAYPAL. Just follow the payment instructions at the checkout.
Delivery & Carriage Charges
Goods will normally be dispatched from us within 8-10 weeks of placing your order. Any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

We will normally deliver goods within 1-3 working days of dispatch. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order. Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. If there is no one to accept the order the goods may be returned to the postal system used for collection by you. You can not change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.
Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to ourselves within one working day of delivery of the items. If the goods are lost or damaged please report this to us within two working days from the delivery day. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company. Retention of right to change offering - We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing certain products or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Return & Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE: PJD Guitars are a custom made item, made to order. You do not have the right to cancel, return or exchange your order once production has started. Please be sure of your specification suitability before purchasing.
Warranties & Responsibility For Services & Products
If we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. This does not cover general wear and tear due to use or misuse. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights & Logos
The products and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of PJD Guitars. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
You agree to indemnify and hold PJD Guitars harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
